Types of Film:

Automotive
With a wide variety of colors and shades to choose from, you're sure to find a film that will perfectly complement your vehicle.  Because of the titanium metal they contain, automotive films offer up to 61% heat rejection. All automotive films reject 98% of UV rays and no matter which shade you choose you will be reducing interior fading, heat and glare.  There is a legal film available for front doors also.  It is a clear film that rejects 98% of UV rays and complies with California State law while protecting you and your cars interior from the sun's damaging rays.

Residential and Commercial Films
Windows are the real enemy of home or building comfort and energy efficiency. They can account for 70% of your air conditioner's cooling load and up to 40% of your heating load.  SolarGard's Stainless Steel line of films reject up to 81% of total solar energy.  In the winter, the film continues to perform by reducing heat loss through the glass.  Not only will you be more comfortable, the window film will begin paying for itself the day it is installed.

You can choose from lighter more subtle films that you will hardly notice, or darker and more reflective films.  The film can be installed quickly, with a minimum of interruption to your workplace or household routine.  Best of all, the benefits of improved comfort, enhanced appearance, reduced fading and decreased glare go on for years.

Security Films
These films protect against vandalism and broken glass injury/damage during earthquakes, among other things.  They are available in varying thickness and degrees of energy control as well.

GraffitiGard
Unlike most other films, Graffitigard is applied to outside of the glass to protect against painting, keying and other damage that can be inflicted to glass or other smooth surfaces.  It puts an invisible barrier of protection between you and a vandal's next target.

Warranties:

AUTO:   
National lifetime warranties are included with all auto installations and are even transferable to the new owner when you sell your vehicle.  Coverage limited to: adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking, delamination, demetalization, and peeling.  If you should ever have a problem, you can contact us, plus it's backed by the manufacturer.  This means that any SolarGard dealer in the nation can help you with any warranty claim.  

RESIDENTIAL:   
Most residential films carry a lifetime warranty as well.  Again this covers you against bubbling, fading and the highly unpopular "Purple Window Syndrome"!

The Glass Breakage and Seal Failure Warranty:   
Studies done by the International Window Film Association (IWFA) have shown that window film is highly unlikely to cause a seal failure on a dual paned window, yet this warranty is offered free of charge.  It covers window breakage and cracking also.  We would be glad to discuss this coverage with you if you need more information.  

We have chosen to use SolarGard films because of its high quality and great track record, so warranty claims are few and far between.  Yet we are happy to offer all of the above warranties because of the peace of mind they provide to our customers.
